You may want to try
cat stuff.brl >/dev/lp0
If this doesn't work you need to make sure your user has write access to
/dev/lp0. This may mean adding yourself to a parallel group or lp group
or something.

For something like the blazer which doesn't have any drivers to speak of
you should just be able to redirect output through the parallel port
assuming the settings on your blazer are correct.
