speakup and mutt; [was: Re: Best version.]

Hi.  Yes, please send it to me.  I've gotten used to hearing the message
read with up and down arrows.  With speakup CVS, I'm always having to
remember to press plus after changing to another message.  Thomas's
solution works, but it's hard to unlearn a 2 year habbit.
