Hi Krister,

 webadmin should be part of the complete distribution. If you installed
everything, try man webadmin. If not, look for it on your first 3
cdroms. To do this, you will first need to mount the cdrom and then
change to the cdrom mountpoint. Once there, do an
ls -1 RedHat/RPMS/webadmin*

Once you find the package, do a 
rpm -iv webadmin*rpm
and you should be set to go.
