Exim Might Have Stopped

I think my Exim has stopped mailing.  It might have frozen stuff in the
queue or what ever term they use.  Any pointers to good commands I should
use to look at the Queue would be appreciated.  I am trying to learn as
quickly as I can, but it takes time.  Meanwhile, I'll read manuals.

There is an exim monitor.  Is it useful?  Is it accessible?
