Resolv.conf

The docs for dnsmasq and chdlient say different.
Just for fun, we'll assume you're correct.
In that case, how does the gateway to the interned on your local 
network get DNS information?  Remember, dnsmasq is  a caching server.
It has to get DNS info from another server.
