Ok, you need to know a bit about how Exim works.
It uses directors to handle things like user aliases, forwards etc.
If you look in your Exim configuration file you'll find a section labelled
directors.
However, don't just blindly add the line mentionned above, as it may have
unwanted side-effects.
Look in spec.txt in the directory where the Exiom documentation resides,
there's a whole chapter on mailing list management, or failing that, use
the html docs on
http://www.exim.org or one of its mirrors.
