New Red hat?

Hi  speakup,

  As far as i could gather from reading this list, there's a new
  speakup-enabled version of RedHat that even contains Gnome
  accessibility and Gnopernicus screan reader, is this right? If so
  how do i install this version? Do i have to have an older version
  installed and then upgrade in some way or is there another way?
