Red hat 10

Hello all,
I know that I should probably ask this on another list, but um I cant
find one at the moment that bests suit my questions.

I'm looking at red hat 10.  It has gnome 2.4 and gnopernicus with it.
Is there any way I can install the beta of it before you guys release it
with speakup?

Alternatively, I have to install gnome on red hat 9 and I haven't a clue
where to even start.
