Go figure.  They contacted me a long time ago and wanted to know if
I'd port speakup to gentoo.  I said no because I didn't deal with
various distributions but they could get a nice script which would
automagically patch their kernels for them.  I have no idea where the
rpm reference came from, it certainly wasn't me.  Maybe this guy is
confused and he is mixing-up me and Bill.

I know that Toby Fisher and Doug Loller are both using gentoo.
Whether they have decided to include speakup into the distribution or
just patch it in after the fact I can't say.  I'm sure they can
though.
