cups question

Hi all. I am attempting to configure cups to print to my Deskjet 400 which
is connected to /dev/lp0. I am confused as to what to specify for location
and then the port on the next page. I tried specifying lpr/lpd host
printer but that didn't seem to work. Does anyone know what settings I
should use for this type of configuration? I looked at the cups
documentation but it left me rather unclear as to what settings to use.
