speakup-1.5 tarball

Hello, it does in fact appear that the 1.5 tarball is gone.  I have no
idea why none of the folks I've checked with have removed it.  I do
not have another copy because someone else put it together for us.  It
was either Doug or Gene but I'm not sure which one.  In any event if
someone has a copy upload it to incoming and I'll put it back in
place.  I think I'll take a copy myself this time. 'grin'
