Installing fedora?

Hi,

Just curious, are the currently available speakup modified cd roms fedora or an earlier version?  I tried to  ascertain this by looking in the archives but the archive page seems to be broken.  If the current disks are not fedora, is there an accessible way to install  Fedora as of yet?
