telnet installation of Redhat

Hi, Darrell:

Well, I understand there's supposed to be, but when I first ran mine,
Bill told me he had never been able to get a static to respond. So, I
just ran dhcp because I could, and I needed to get an installation
accomplished. So, I've not looked into it myself.
