idea for speakup2

I am not sure how easy it would be to implement, but I was thinking it
might be nice if speakup could say the word over which the cursor was
moving in an editor. For example when I use the W and B commands in vi
the cursor moves over the word, but speakup does not indicate what word
was moved over. Thanks again for the cursoring support. It has made
using editors and mutt much nicer except now I have to break the habbit
of automatically hitting say_current_line all the time.
