Double Talk LT

Hi all,

Recently I had the misfortune of having my beloved Dectalk 
Express head to that place in the sky where synths go when they 
blow up. As such I was forced to purchase a new synth.

After many agonising seconds of indecision, I decided on the 
Double Talk LT, as the price fit my budget nicely. Upon receiving 
my new friend and plugging it in, I was surprised to find that it 
did not work with speakup. After a few choice words and a couple 
of days working with Kirk and Randy (RC Systems) it was 
determined that the program in the rom was hosed. 

Randy fixed the issue and I flashed my ROM and now I am up and 
running just fine. I just wanted to send this note to let those 
of you who have purchased a Double Talk LT or for those of you who 
are considering purchasing one, that if you have issues with it 
working with speakup you will need to contact Randy at RC 
Systems in order to obtain the latest ROM code and instructions 
on flashing  them. His number is 425-355-3800.
