testing links with javascript

I had better luck with 2.1pre8, and was able to handle some java
sites okay. I just installed pre9 but have not had a chance to
play with it yet. The thing navigates okay, but I still prefer
Lynx The Cat except for the java thing. I guess if I forced
myself to stick to Links The Chain for routine use it would
become more comfortable, but in practice what I am doing is using
The Cat until I run into a java site and then switching to The
Chain to handle it.
