t1 versus cabel/modem

oops.  I saw a mistake in the message I sent.  Apparantly I said in
Winblows I was downloading at about 13KB/s.  I thought I had written, and
intended to write that I was downloading at about 130KB/S.  Sorry for the
confusion.
