Speakup Bugs

[Luke Davis]

In the English (States English), and NADO phonetic alphabets, and some
others, I believe.
If I want to hear a phonetic or alternative name for a character, I'll
bloody well ask for it.:)  Until then, let me hear a Z as a Z!  Haha.

Okay, enough of this; it's not worth the bandwidth.
