checking stuff in to CVS

If you make changes to speakup or any of our projects you can take a
diff -urN and pass it to me through email.  If you make loads of
changes on a continuous basis and I see that they are good and
reflective I will give you cvs writing capabilities.  You might also
want to post your changes here to the list.  I will not pick up
patches which are just sent to the list however in case I miss them.
