Newbie Question, setting up a Braille display

Hello:

     I am in the process of setting up a Linux box to run Redhat 8.0. I
would like to use both speech, and Braille. I have available an Alva
Satellite 80 cell display. How do I get Brltty, and Speakup running at the
same time? Thank you.
