Not with Ebooks.  Comercial ebooks that use encryption either
currently come in Microsoft or Adobe ebook format.  I have no idea on
the status of Adobe ebook reader for *nix, but certainly these are
only usable by a limited degree with a Windows interface, so I don't
know how usable they will be under a Linux interface with adaptive
software.
