Sorry Patrick for all the people who have sent you useless answers. I think mgetty is what your looking for. I believe that you can have it broadcast to all consoles when a call comes in. It does all kinds of other cool things as well. I know that Keith Watson has some audio files play when certain people call. I don't know what he is using. HTH Frank
