Yes, you are correct.  I replaced linux-speakup.org with a new and
improved machine which isn't.  I have spent the past four or five days
hunting down the problem with little success other than I am getting
closer I hope.

I apologize for the flakiness of the server and will fix it as quickly
as I can.
