speakup and centericq

I can't remember, but I think I remember seeing people talk about using
centericq on this list in the past. Can anyone give me any info on how
well it works, and if it's possible to get it to play nice with speakup,
and if so,how I can get it to cooperate?

if someone can I'd appreciate the help.
