Hi, to my knolege Slackware can not be directly installed to a NTFS file
system. However, Mandrake 9.2 has that ability which is one of the reasons I
use Mandrake 9.2 currently.
However, I've not made any speakup enabled cd images yet so you'd have to
get some initial sighted assistence to get Mandrake going before adding in
speech.
I've got Windows XP Pro and Mandrake 9.2 installed on the same partition,
and it works well.
However, if you are looking with a distro with speakup out of the box you'll
have to go with Fedora, Slackware, or another distrobution and repartition
your drive.
