fedora and nepernicus x-window system requirements

Yeah, I think my Thinkpad is more sluggish with Gnopernicus than it
should be. Not sure what's up with that. It's snappy enough with
Microsoft Win, so maybe there are optimizations regarding the gui that
need doing which I just don't know about.
