virtual hosts

hi,
I have a domain I'd like to use to point  to my current page at
http://www.minifang.com/~blindman/
my problem is, how do I use virtual hosts to accomplish this,
the system is mandrake 9.1 with httpd2.0 installed on it
any help would be greatly appreciated.
