order of jacks on sblive soundcard

The digital would almost have to be an S/PDIF jack, would it not?  If it's
an RCA coax type, that's what it is.  If it's a removable square cap, on a
small whole, it's an optical (lightpipe) connection.

For that kind of card, either is probably a stereo digital out, for
connection to a CD burner, stereo system, or other device with a digital
in.  If it's a digital input jack, on the other hand, it can take the
output of any of those devices, as well as many other things, and transfer
the signal to the computer as any other line in would.
