OT Talking dos boot disk

I've run tinytalk off the soundblaster card more than once and for a while
until I got a new doubletalk that's the only speech I had.  It's true that
Eric Bohlman doesn't distribute the ttblast file anymore in the tinytalk
package but when that was available I had downloaded it and had it
working.
