trouble with knoppix with speakup

Hi all, I just downloaded the knoppix with speakup cd and it says its
too big. This is using cdrecord and I am fairly certain my media is 700
mb. At least it has 359848 blocks on it which if you do the math I
believe comes out right. I guess my question boils down to is it a
problem here or with the iso? Thanks for any assistance.
