patching speakup 1.5 into RHAS 2.1

Hi, Don. In my case I've found speakup not patching arch, arm, spark, etc is
typical with Red Hat and Mandrake.
The important thing here is that it patches i386 which is the intel family
processors for the pc/.
I'm not an expert on compiling Red Hat kernels, and I'm sure Bill would be a
good source for helping you with this kernel build.
