new generic speakup map

Hi Folks:  I have replaced the generic-speakup.map on the web site
with Terry Cudney's universal Speakup map for laptops.  All you need
do is load this map in after you've loaded your standard keymap.map
for whatever language you are using and it will overlay only the keys
used for speakup review functions.  This map also provides speakup key
functions on the standard keyboard in addition to the keypad.  You can
read more in the unispeak.	   README in the goodies directory.
