using speakup with festival or flite

Well, I did test Festival, and it works. The kernel, festivsl, and the
middleware all compiled with NO errors. I also tried festival_server,
with a modification to the path to make it work, but that didn't help. I
haven't however tried tweaking the festival_server script itself. I will
try that.

Thanks,
