word processor wanted

Word is accessible with JAWS, yes, but JAWS doesn't work all the time with 
Word documents.
What I do:  when I get a Word document, I cut and paste it to a text 
editor, read/edit it and then cut and paste it back to Word.  Work much 
better than if I just do the reading/editing in Word.
