recomended Alsa version for an AWE64?

Hmmm, I downgraded to 0.9.0b12, find it very stable, though I'm only using
kernel 2.4.5, Slackware 8.0, but that would be my suggestion.  Make sure
you compile the drivers first, then the libs, then the utils.
