Unreal ircd.

Ok got it to work.  My numbers weren't long enough. Now there's only one
problem.  It says that the directive set::ssl is invalid.  But when I
comment out the whole ssl section it seems to be happy, but I have no ssl
support.
Explorer has caused a general protection fault in module kernel32.dll. I'm
sick of Winblows!
