HTML in Emacs

When you use the mode do you use any other functions other than what
is accessible through the c-c c-c prefix? I realize that <title> is
easy enough but the doctyp headedr, for example, I found necessary to
copy from another file. Thought html-mode would offer a shortcut for
the doctyp or <table> and <form> and such. That mode doesn't have
other functions not gotten to via the keys, does it? When it comes to
emacs, I only know about keystrokes like c-c... and m-x commands. My
emacs experience needs to grow up quite a bit.:)

Thanks for any further help.
