Triple Talk Synth.

They aught to have a driver, that instead of handeling any particular synth,
j8ust echos the text.  You can't control   Things like rate, pitch, tone
etc, but at least it's something.  I could actually hook up a braille
printer like a blazer that supports serial.  I'd wonder what that'd be
like...
