dosemu with speakup

Yes, Greg, I know you run speakup fine as a normal user with dosemu, just as I
run brltty fine with dosemu. but I can't run dosemu just fine as root with
brltty because brltty by default requires suid root. There are reasons for this.
I wanted to make sure that one could run speakup with dosemu as root so that
this would be an option if it is the only way to access the com ports. It does
work.
