Installing Debian Linux with Speakup

[ADFM]

I downloaded Linux and install.bat to D:\from:

ftp://linux-speakup.org/pub/speakup/disks/debian/potato/

Will I need to add the line:

\loadlin\loadlin \linux\linux root=/dev/hda2 speakup_synth=dectlk rw

to install.bat or another file? Is this the correct line?
