I thought the Mozilla name was much older. What was that original
GUI browser from UIUC called, anyway?

Few people remember that initial gui browser development was
funded by U.S. Federal tax dollars.

In today's regulatory environment, I think we could use Sec. 508
to insist that such developments had to be accessible.
