dynamic dns services

Hi Ed,
I have used www.yi.org, www.dhs.org, and www.dyndns.org.  I find that dhs
and dyndns are the best.  YI requires you to remember complicated protocal
syntax to update your dns records, but dyndns and dhs have clients for
windows and linux and all you have to do is visit there sites and log in to
update.
