General question about Linux

Its not refusal to learn new terms. Its refusal on *your* part to use the correct term in the correct environment.
and as has been clearly demonstrated the origination of the terms you refer to had nothing to do with Bill Gates,
(in fact, bill Gates himself had very little to do with the development of Windows, he had a miriad of programmers to do it for him by that stage).
Teddy, if you prefer Windows, go and use it, but please stop antagonizing people on this list about your choice.
