Vorbis 1.0 released

Hi:

Ogg Vorbis V1.0 was released today/yesterday (depending on where ;you
live).  You can get it from the official site www.vorbis.com and they've
put in extra bandwidth to cope with demand.  However, it's likely to be
very busy, so you can also get it from a host of other sites.  Here's a
