Hi, Yes it would be useless, but I don't know what kernel is Red  Hat 7.2
using.
I don't really know which is the difference between a kernel and a shell and
what is the relations between them and the version of Red Hat.

Hi Octavian, and why would you want that driver if it is only compatible
with a 2.2 kernel? Aren't you running a 2.4 kernel so wouldn't the
driver be useless.
