Dectalk synth on Ebay (fwd)

Hi all. I believe that this is supported by Speakup, since it looks like
an express. Can anyone varify this? Thanks!

Hey Igor,
I just got an email from someone that knows I want a dectalk synth.  They
found this link to one on Ebay.   Is this supported?  It seems to be the
original unit from the 80's that was entended for automated telephone menus,
