Need url for access to gnome?

Hi All,

	I have been to the Sun website and looked through their accessibility 
information but was not successful in getting to a page that tells me all 
about the api (at least I think it is an api) for speech access to 
x-windows and the command line.  I need to understand this more fully if I 
and our information access committee are to properly plan strategy.
