Is Digital Broadcasting Accessible?

Digital broadcasting has begun. It is already available in the U.K. and in the U.S. But, are there tuners and radio sets that people who are blind or 
visually impaired can actually use? In other words, is digital broadcasting accessible? Or will this be another battle we will need to fight?

The BBC4's program "In Touch" will focus on this topic today at 20:40GMT, which is 15:40 Eastern Time U.S. BBC4 is available via the Internet. And, you
can listen to the BBC4 in a beautiful ogg stream at:
