speakup maybe included in gentoo

Greg,

I had approached them in the past about adding Speakup, but wasn't able 
to get it going. I think it was a matter of working through the proper 
folks. I'm glad you are making progress here.
Please let me know when this does happen. This looks like a very 
interesting distro for sure.
