Installing Debian with Speakup

Hi Angus, I'm far from a Debian expert having only ever logged into a 
debian system once or twice in my life and having never installed that 
version of Linux here, however; this one sounds simple, you have the iso 
in a directory on your c: hard drive partition (your windows partition) 
and it's not burned or anything in rference to burning it to a cd so how 
do you expect to install it.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it the case that when 
installing Debian from an har disk install isn't what one needs the 
contents of the /current dir or dirs on the cds.
